We weren't too picky when we were house shopping, other than the price, # of bedrooms, a garage and a fireplace (maybe that sounds a little picky!) The kids and I would talk about how fun it would be to have a fire through the winter and make
smores and just stare at it (none of us had ever had one). So we were so excited that this house, thankfully, had one! And yesterday was our first fire experience. It was just as fun as we thought it would be. We did
smores and just sat in front of it talking....and the best part, we stayed warm on our first really cold MO night. We especially enjoyed the gas starter to get the wood going....Here they are enjoying it!
