The kids and I bought this cute little flowering tree at Lowe's on clearance yesterday and we planted it (yep, all five us had shovels and messy hands when we were done). We are excited for that part of our yard to have a tree again...we chopped down the old pine tree that used to be in that side of the front yard when some kind of worm killed it. We had a bid today on vinyl siding for our house too, which we were pretty excited about - the cheapest so far. We'll keep you posted on that project soon...we might be going from grey to sage green by the end of the month!
