"I'll do that on Sunday"

Jonathan has really been saying the funniest things lately. His vocabulary has really grown the past month. He surprises me at least twice as day with some new phrase or something witty to say, usually ending with his contagious smile. Well, lately, we have noticed a favorite phrase of his. We were talking about potty training the other day and buying some new (not like the hand me downs he has now) underwear we could go pick out together and how fun it will be to sit on the big potty chair. He seemed to be in agreement with my joy and then looked right into my eyes and said, "lets start on Sunday mom." I kinda laughed and said probably Friday. Well then today he didn't want to take a bath and threw himself on the floor and went on and on about how tired he was. I sat him back up and looked him in his eyes and said, "no Jonathan, we really have to go take a bath to get that stinky smell away from you." He kinda smiled and then said, "okay, mom. Let's take a bath on Sunday." I am not sure if he understands when Sunday is, but it sure is becoming a busy day for him!!!
