So after another visit to labor and delivery last night, I am 80% effaced and now definitely a 3. The bad news is that I did not progress to a 4 in the 3 hours we were there. So they said, I am in early labor and asked if we wanted to go home. We said, of course, since we try to do most of the labor at home. The hard thing is knowing when I am actually dilating. So we are home and just watching contractions now. The worst part about not having him today --- he could have had a cool birthday, 5-6-7! Maybe we can try for mine or mother's day now!
